Cancellation of alore & Lorelia - Alore and Lorelia

I also purchased this "special offer" of Alore Serum and Lorelia face cream. They then took £87 from my account TWICE.!!!! So far I have sent them 23 e-mails trying to cancel this but they keep sending the serum which I neither ordered or want, as I just cannot affford it, plus they've not replied to any of my e-mails, as I'm on disability this is a huge amount of money to come out of my account. I have sleepless nights and cry as I cannot seem to cancel the product. All I want is a refund for the money they have taken out so far and I will happily send back what they've sent so far. Can anyone give me some advice please I'm DESPARATE!!!!!!!!
